Step 1: Sketch or give a reference.

Having the basic structure of the piece you are looking for is important. Make a rough sketch to guide our creative team. It doesn’t have to be a perfect drawing. Maybe you saw a ring that you like; send us a picture to help us understand  what you would like.

Step 2: Choose your ideal material for your jewellery piece.

Step 3: Manufacturing and delivery.

Once you are happy with the proposed design (as per your request) and quotation, a 50% deposit is required to start the manufacturing process which takes 3 weeks.

For detailed jewellery,  you will be sent a 3D design of  your order. This enables you to see how the final product will look. You are able to correct any aspects of the design that you do not like and we only proceed with the final master piece once you are happy.

This enables us to achieve 100% satisfactory results for you.

How to place an order with us.

1. Send us an email with details of what you would like, we will then send you a quotation.
2. Once you have chosen the design and you are happy with the price, a 50% deposit is required for the manufacturing process to begin.
3. Once the above terms are met the manufacturing process for the customised jewellery will take approximately 3 weeks.
4. The out- standing balance is paid before delivery of the product.
5. You can give us a call, send an email to place your order for a new design or to order something from our website.
6. A full payment will be required before delivery or collection of your jewellery order.
7. We deliver anywhere around the world.
